The UAB “Dotnuva Baltic” (Dotnuva Baltic), corporate ID number 261415970,  domiciled at Parko g. 6, Akademija, LT-58350 Kėdainių r., e-mail: [email protected], is the data controller.
In some of the following cases, Dotnuva Baltic may be a joint controller of your personal data with other company (ies) of the AB Linas Agro Group.

Personal data is any information collected about a data subject by Dotnuva Baltic, which may be used for identifying the data subject. Personal data includes any information, including the data subject’s full name, surname, IP address, etc.

4.    What Kind Personal Data Do We Process and Why?

The Dotnuva Baltic process your personal data for the following purpose:

4.1.    Communication with customers
•    If you consent (ordered newsletters, or tick consent box while signing a contract, etc) for the purpose of direct marketing Dotnuva Baltic will process the following personal data: your name, surname, e-mail address and phone number. These data will be collected on the basis of your consent and will be stored for 3 (three) years from the date of your consent to receive direct marketing communications. In this case, Dotnuva Baltic is the joint controller of your personal data with AB “Linas Agro” (legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C, LT-35143 Panevėžys, e-mail address: [email protected]). Each time you receive a direct marketing message, you will have an option to opt out of direct marketing communications by notifying Dotnuva Baltic via email, by post or other specified means. If you have not given your consent for direct marketing, but are a customer of Dotnuva Baltic (you have purchased our goods or ordered services in the last two years) on the basis of a legitimate interest to perform direct marketing (Article 69 of the Electronic Communications Law), Dotnuva Baltic may send you offers or newsletters regarding similar goods or services. For this purpose, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail. postal address, telephone number. These personal data are processed for 2 (two) years (for 5 (five year) if you purchased agricultural machinery) from the date of purchase of goods or services. Each time you receive a message, you will have an option to opt out of direct marketing communications by notifying Dotnuva Baltic via email, by post or other specified means.
•    Information communicated to us when visiting our social media sites (including notifications, use of “Like” and “Follow” buttons and other communication) will be controlled by us jointly with social media managers as joint controllers.

4.2.    Contracts administration
•    For the purpose of assessing the client's ability to perform the contract, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, personal identification number, declared and actual residence addresses, declared residence date, telephone number, personal document data (number, date of issue, etc.), information about family situation, number of minor children and dependents, information on available movable and immovable property, data from the real estate register, information from seizure and mortgage registers, credit rating and settlement history. This personal data is processed on a contractual basis. Data that is not necessary for the conclusion of the contract are destroyed after the assessment, and other personal data is stored for 10 (ten) years after the conclusion of the contract. Dotnuva Baltic does not collect all the specified data when assessing the ability of customers to perform contracts, the amount of personal data collected depends on the form of the contract and the chosen form of payment (paid immediately or with postponement, etc.). In this case, Dotnuva Baltic is the joint controller of your personal data with AB “Linas Agro” (legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C, LT-35143 Panevėžys, e-mail address: [email protected]).
•    For the purpose of concluding and executing purchase, sale, service provision contracts, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, personal identification code, personal document data, e-mail. postal address, address of residence, telephone number, marital status, bank account number, VAT payer code, farmer's certificate number, list number of registered feed business operators, data on concluded transactions and their execution. These personal data are processed on the basis of concluding and executing the contract and are stored for 10 (ten) years after the expiry of the contract. In this case, Dotnuva Baltic is the joint controller of your personal data with AB “Linas Agro” (legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C, LT-35143 Panevėžys, e-mail address: [email protected]).
•    The following personal data is processed for the purpose of granting payment deferrals to customers: name, surname, bank account number, payment schedule. These personal data are processed on the basis of the performance of the contract and stored for 10 (ten) years after the expiry of the contract. In this case, Dotnuva Baltic is the joint controller of your personal data with AB “Linas Agro” (legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C, LT-35143 Panevėžys, e-mail address: [email protected]).
•    For the purpose of debt administration, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, address, date of birth, amount of debts and circumstances. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the performance of contracts and are stored for 10 (ten) years after the performance / expiry of the contract. In this case, Dotnuva Baltic is the joint controller of your personal data with AB “Linas Agro” (legal entity code: 147328026, registered office address: Smėlynės g. 2C, LT-35143 Panevėžys, e-mail address: [email protected]).
4.3.    Customer request administration 
•    For the purpose of administering requests for goods and services on the Website, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail, postal address, district, information provided in the request, information about the equipment (plow, tractor, etc.), technical model, information about the farm / company. This personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest to communicate with customers and is stored for 1 (one) year from the solution of the request.
•    For the purpose of administration of the service provision program, Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail, postal address, telephone number, signature, district, information provided in the request, information about the equipment (plow, tractor, etc.), technical model, information about the farm / company, deed of acceptance of works / services. These personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in the provision of services and are stored for 5 (five) years after the last provision of the service.

4.4.    When Dotnuva Baltic carries out video surveillance 

For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance), Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: images of objects in the field of view, including images of people, their location and movement through areas covered by cameras, belongings carried, behavior and other related information (date and time). This data will be kept for 14 (fourteen) days. 
Data subjects are informed about the places where video surveillance is carried out in the area of Linas Agro by means of warning signs. 

4.5.    Recording of telephone conversations

For the purpose of ensuring the quality of provided services (recording of telephone conversations) Dotnuva Baltic processes the following personal data: information provided during the call (name, surname, order number, etc.). This personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring the quality of services provided and avoiding incidents and is stored for 6 (six) months after the phone call.

5.    How is your personal data processed?

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will manage your personal data responsibly and securely. When identifying the means of personal data processing and in the course of such processing, the Dotnuva Baltic undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures for protecting your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, modification, loss, disclosure or any other kind of illegal handling and to adopt proper measures taking into account the risks around your personal data processing.

We may disclose information about you to our employees, intermediaries, service providers, such as debts administrators or debt recovery companies, archiving service providers, marketing services, IT service providers or subcontractors, if necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose your data within the Linas Agro Group of companies (AB “Linas Agro”, AB “Linas Agro Group”, etc.).
