1. Payment Methods

Payments for our services or goods are processed through the secure MakeCommerce payment platform (operated by “Maksekeskus AS”). You can make payments using:

  • Online banking: “Swedbank”, SEB, “Luminor”, “Citadele”, “Artea”, “Revolut”.
  • Payment cards: “Visa”, “MasterCard”.
  • Smart payment solutions: “Apple Pay”, “Google Pay”.

2. Payment Process

  • Once the services have been agreed upon/performed or the goods have been delivered, an invoice with a direct payment link will be sent to your email address.
  • By clicking the link, you will be able to make a fast and secure payment using your preferred payment method.
  • We will be notified immediately once your payment has been completed, therefore the payment of the invoice will be registered instantly and your financial obligations will be considered fulfilled without any additional delay.

3. Currency

All payments are processed in euros (EUR).

4. Security and Data Protection

The security of your payments is our priority, therefore we use technologies that ensure the highest level of protection:

  • All data is transmitted through an encrypted channel, ensuring that your information is inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
  • When paying by card, you will confirm the payment through your bank’s application (e.g., “Smart-ID”), ensuring that no one else can use your card without your knowledge.
  • We do not see or store your online banking credentials or payment card details — the entire payment process is carried out by a certified payment service provider.

Payments are processed using the “MakeCommerce” platform operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, registry code: 12268475). Accordingly, your personal data necessary for the initiation, execution, and confirmation of the payment (e.g., name, surname, contact details, payment amount, payment information, and technical data related to the payment) may be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

We do not see or store your online banking credentials or payment card details and only receive the information about the completed payment that is necessary for payment confirmation, accounting, customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Refunds and Overpayments

  • If you accidentally transfer an amount greater than indicated on the invoice or pay the same invoice multiple times, the overpayment will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
  • If the service or goods were not provided or were provided improperly, the refund will be processed through the “MakeCommerce” system directly to your bank account.
